We complement these platforms with secure online contributions payment portals, enabling 24/7 self-service payments through multiple channels. By digitising end-to-end workflows, they reduce manual effort, accelerate decision-making, and provide clear visibility to both administrators and beneficiaries.

To strengthen labor market dynamics, we delivered a Public Employment Services system that streamlines public job posting, matching, and placement workflows, enhances data-driven reports, and integrates seamlessly with social insurance and welfare platforms. Our robust Social Welfare System supports targeted benefits distribution, managing case documentation, eligibility screening, beneficiary tracking, and cross-agency coordination for streamlined aid delivery.

In the health sector, NetU has implemented Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for public health laboratories. The platform digitised specimen tracking, automated testing workflows, and generated accurate, timely reporting, supporting faster diagnostics, secure data exchange, and compliance with regulatory standards.

STATE LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A modern LIMS was delivered for the General State Chemistry Laboratory, replacing the outdated system and digitising key laboratory processes. It supports 19 divisions with secure access, automated workflows, machine integrations, real-time monitoring, and seamless data exchange with national and European systems such as EFSA. The platform improves productivity, strengthens compliance, and enables more effective data-driven decisions across the organisation.

The Social Insurance Services of Cyprus entered a new digital era, modernising how citizens access and manage their benefits through a cloud-native architecture and automated workflows. It marked a significant step in Cyprus’s digital transformation, empowering both citizens and public-sector employees through improved accessibility, and trust, while ensuring a more reliable, user-centred, and future-ready service experience.
