INTEGRATED TAX ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM

The Cyprus Tax Department launched the Tax For All (TFA) platform, introducing a unified and transparent system that simplifies taxpayer compliance and reduces administrative burden. With infrastructure, automated workflows, and visibility, the platform strengthens revenue management, enhances service delivery, and sets a new benchmark for digital governance across Europe.

STATE LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A modern LIMS was delivered for the General State Chemistry Laboratory, replacing the outdated system and digitising key laboratory processes. It supports 19 divisions with secure access, automated workflows, machine integrations, real-time monitoring, and seamless data exchange with national and European systems such as EFSA. The platform improves productivity, strengthens compliance, and enables more effective data-driven decisions across the organisation.

LANDS AND SURVEYS PORTAL

The digital portal has fundamentally improved how land-related information and services are delivered in Cyprus. Citizens, professionals, and businesses now enjoy faster, more transparent, and reliable online access to essential property data and online applications, without needing to visit district offices. The Department has significantly enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened data accuracy, and reduced administrative workload, contributing to a more modern and accessible public service environment. This transformation positions the Department of Lands & Surveys as a leading example of effective digital modernization within the public sector.

POLICE INFORMATION SYSTEM

The Police Information System is a fully integrated platform that automates operational and administrative procedures across any Police Authority. Designed around industry best practices and EU guidelines, it ensures compliance, interoperability, and long-term sustainability. Built on open standards with a modular and scalable architecture, the system adapts to each authority’s unique workflows and priorities—enhancing information sharing, accelerating decision-making, and supporting more effective policing.

SCHENGEN INFORMATION SYSTEM AND SIRENE (SCHENGEN RECAST)

The Schengen Information System is a mission-critical system that ensures security, freedom, and justice within EU. It contributes to the implementation of the provisions on the free movement of persons, combating organized crime and counterterrorism, as well as to judicial cooperation in criminal matters. NetU has implemented the Schengen Information System for Cyprus, Greece, and Croatia, all in accordance with the European Commission' s specifications and recommendations, including the latest Recast regulation.

ASYLUM SYSTEM

The Asylum Service implemented a modern digital solution that streamlines the management of asylum applications into a secure and efficient process. The platform centralizes all cases, applies built-in validations, integrates with law-enforcement systems, and identifies family links to give officers a complete case overview. Automated checks, dynamic workflows, and advanced reporting reduce errors, enhance transparency, and support data-driven decision-making. By minimizing manual effort and accelerating reviews, the system saves time and delivers a smoother, more reliable process for handling asylum requests.

The Social Insurance Services of Cyprus entered a new digital era, modernising how citizens access and manage their benefits through a cloud-native architecture and automated workflows.
