The event took place on the 12th of June 2019 at the Wyndham Grand in Athens.

Following NetU’s General Manager, Vangelis Hadjigeorgiou introduction, three experienced Salesforce executives took the floor; Sales Manager SEE / CIS (Greece & Cyprus) Stanislava Atanasova, Senior Account Executive, George Voulgaris and Territory Manager SMEs, Burag Peksezer, presented in real time Salesforce’s capabilities.

Of particular interest were the presentations of two NetU customers that use Salesforce, Barphone (Avaya Business Partner) and Ydator, who shared their story of success and the benefits that the system offers them on a daily basis.

At the event, NetU also announced their collaboration with Barphone, a partnership that aims to deliver the greatest added value to their customers by integrating Salesforce and Avaya solutions. According to Mr. Hadjigeorgiou: “Salesforce is already teamed up with Avaya to deliver integrated customer engagement and CRM solutions that boost customer experiences and satisfaction. Speaking with Barphone, we noticed that some of our common clients needed this integration. We thought that it was a good opportunity to bring it to the Greek market so we decided to move on to this synergy with the aim of providing the best experience to the customer”.
