Celestyal Cruises upgrades its services with Salesforce CRM solution by NetU

Constantly investing in upgrading their service and customer satisfaction, Celestyal Cruises is currently implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, which is expected to be completed in April 2017. For the project, the company selected NetU with the Salesforce cloud CRM solution. NetU has documented the company’s needs and prepared the proposal for the system’s implementation in order to start the CRM provisioning process with collected data from previous years.

As a next stage, Salesforce will be integrated with the company’s other platforms, ie. the iTravel platform (B2C / B2B) and the on-board system for the automated registration of customers.

According to the Celestyal Cruises MIS Director, Mr. Costas Smyrlis: “The CRM’s primary goal is the contact and communication with our guests on the cruise ships, in order to strengthen our credibility and their satisfaction.
