The websites under the URL www.netugroup.com and www.netudistribution.com hereinafter called (“websites”) are maintained by NetU Consultants Ltd., hereafter called (“NetU”), for general information purposes only. NetU is very keen on safeguarding your personal privacy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information on the Law is available online.

We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what information may be collected on our websites, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources. This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our websites. Depending on your activities when visiting our websites, you may be required to agree to additional Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions. NetU is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our websites, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

What we collect
We may collect the following information:

  2. Your company’s name
  3. Your email
  4. Other contact information such as your telephone number and address
Additionally, we may use website analytics tools on our websites to retrieve information from your browser, including the website you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find our websites, the pages you view within our websites, your browser add-ons, your browser’s width and height, demographic information, as well as information about your interaction with NetU’s websites.

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
  1. Internal record keeping.
  2. Contact you regarding your on-line inquiries and messages via our Contact Form.
  3. We may use the information to improve our products and services.

3rd Parties
We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. The information you provide when subscribing to our Newsletter will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

We also use EventBrite as our event technology platform. The information you provide when subscribing to our Newsletter may be transferred to EventBrite for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
  1. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the Subscribe button that you can click to indicate that you consent on using your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you don’t consent you have the option not to click the button and not proceed in providing us with your personal information.
  2. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information you may change your mind at any time by visiting our Manage Your Subscription page or by emailing us at privacy@netu.com.cy.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you would like a copy of the information held of you please email us at privacy@netu.com.cy.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above email address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If NetU, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that NetU goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of NetU may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
